Everything started back in early summer of 2006, when I became a caregiver, and from there, my love to care for the ones who need it most began. The residents always reminded me that my absence was noticeable when I came back from days off. It’s always a pleasure for me to treat them with empathy, kindness, and dignity. My love for the job grew rapidly. I started slowly to pursue my passion and become a CNA in 2010, and my love and passion grew stronger. In 2019, I went to Eastern Arts and Technology, and I became a nurse. The passion to care for my residents grew exponentially, and during the pandemic in 2020, I was never afraid to expose myself and my family to care for them. I was placed in a unit called the COVID section, where I was named “The COVID Nurse”. My formula is simple: on a daily basis, I just treat them the same way I would love to be treated when I get older. There are a lot of home care agencies out there, but I believe that Elation Caregivers LLC will make a major difference in the lives of those who need it the most.
